Do I need to provide cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies?
No, we provide all of our own equipment and supplies.
Will I have the same people every time?
Yes, other than holidays and sickness, you’ll have the same team every time so you get to know each other and they get to understand how you’d like things done.
Can I cancel a clean for holidays, sickness, etc.?
Yes, we ask for a week’s notice wherever possible
What if I’d like extra work doing, eg. carpet cleaning?
We offer carpet cleaning, oven cleaning, window cleaning and deeper cleans as additional services.
5.I’m not going to be at home, can I give you a key?
Yes, we are insured key holders
